About Emma Emma is a New Yorker influenced by her culinary discoveries on her travels as well as the richness of The City. While pursuing a BFA in Film and Television from NYU, Emma earned her Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the French Culinary Institute. After graduating from film school, she realized she needed to pursue her first love — food. Emma joined Martha Stewart’s “Everyday Food” magazine as Associate editor in September 2006, after working as an assistant to Sheila Lukins, the cookbook author. In addition to her editorial experience, Emma worked as a cook for Chef Gray Kunz at Café Gray. A love affair with both film, and food, sent her straight into the arms of food styling-- a logical next step. Whether she’s styling, producing, developing, or entertaining, you can be certain her well-trained eye, and provocative vision will captivate and enthrall you.
